Tip of Our Hat – Issue 73

This week we tip our hat to two deserving Oregon officials.

First, we tip to Springfield mayor Christine Lundberg, who organized a city-wide campaign to remove graffiti along a two and one half mile bike path. And we tip to Sherwin-Williams and BRNG recycling, which donated the paint and to the volunteers who cleaned and painted.

We also tip our hat to State Treasurer Ted Wheeler, who saved Oregon taxpayers over $30 million by lowering interest rates in two bond refunding transactions.
