Eugene City Councilors Vote 7-1 To Nix $28 Million New City Hall

Today we tip our hat seven times to the seven City Councilors who voted to halt the ever-escalating cost of a new city hall. Only Councilor Alan Zelenka vowed to plow ahead with this dollar devouring boondoggle.

In the words of Councilor Mike Clark, “The pricetag is far too expensive for an appropriate City Hall,”
