Today we tip our not-quite-ten-gallon hat to the 2015 Texas legislators, who passed the fewest laws since 1995. Commenting, Governor Greg Abbott shared a timeless truth: “we passed the fewest laws in 20 years, proving that better government doesn’t have to be more government.”
